Are you sure none of the breakers have power? It sounds like your missing one leg coming in from the power source, either that or that light is wired direct. You should have two 50amp circuts...

I've always torqued mine to 120# but I have IS and I believe larger studs. I also used 120# on the new rig, however, before IS was installed.
