There is one power supply, two cords come out....

There is one power supply, two cords come out. Neither is loose or corroded
I have not got the volt meter out yet, too much to do since returning home and unpacking the camper.

Just got back home after 6 fantastic weeks traveling with our 3811ms, last evening on the road the lights went out on my side of the theater chair. Other side works fine, checked the connections all...
