You might want to forgo your on board water, get a heated hose and completely winterize your water hookup at the pedestal. Install your skirting. I've been in temps below zero with no problems.

I skirt my fiver and put a Big Buddy and a fan underneath for extremely cold weather. Also, after emptying my tanks, I'll put some RV antifreeze into them, as well.
