Hi,
We have had our 347 tht since 2010 and love it. Added a airborne hitch and replaced
tires with LT,s. No issues and use it to carry a BMW RT.

Just experienced the same thing on our 347 THT. It turns out,(after looking at the manual for the awning) that you can "hyper extend" the awning and it will lower the awning and the door...
