That hitch is good for a bicycle rack or maybe one of those swing down storage racks to carry a BBQ, etc, but the max weight is about 300 lbs, STATIC. Load it up to 300 lbs and drive west on I-40...

Sounds like a big problem. Hopefully, you have the 3 year chassis warranty from LCI and since the pop outs are part of the LCI chassis, it should be covered.

My guess is an efficient A/C unit cooling a small space along with a very sensitive thermostat. Mine does the same thing unless it's really hot outside.

I can rebuild an engine, only lacking a ring compressor. I do carry a torque wrench, which I didn't see in your very robust inventory, to torque trailer and tow vehicle wheels.
