I believe the 120v system has the power into the circuit breaker panel and to the converter(?) to supply power to the 12v battery and the 12v lighting system/refrig. So there is no cross pollination.

My 2006 3400RL galley tank has the drain facing the front of the RV. The drain pipe can be seen extending below the belly material and connecting to the sewer pipe just above the sewer outlet.
