Black tank & water pressure

Went to the local plumbing supply and purchased an residential inline pressure regulator. It comes complete with a pressure gauge and adjustment screw. Works great. I keep it at 60 psi.

Pull Down Shades

Lowe's or Home Depot. They will both cut to size. We have the accordion style shades in the bedroom. I installed the pull down black out shades behind each and it works great.
