:DAnother thought..... if that 30 amp breaker is next to another heavily loaded breaker (say directly above the cloths dryer) heat fron the ajoining breaker plus heat fron the RV 30 amper can build...

Check the voltage... if you don't have 115 to 125...

Check the voltage... if you don't have 115 to 125 volts under load don't run the AC.... you can overheat it and burn it out.
