riding nose high

I had a 3"sub frame above my axles. I needed to lower nose high. I have adjusted pin box all the way up. When did that it gave me 6" bed rail clearence. I could not make any kind of down hill sharp...

What should I do with a staple protruding up out roof underlayment.
