I have tried everything I know but cannot get the bedroom tv to work. Everything seems to be in order but still know picture. Any ideas for something i have not tried would be appreciated.

I have a 2007 3400rl with day night shades. The rear window one broke and I'll be darned if I can figure out how to get it off without taking off all the valances, which I do not know how to do...
