I'm glad I have an o5 with a true outside shower. Wouldn't be hard to attach a short hose and shower head.

The outside shower should have all the fixtures in it. Could the blue coiled hose be a part of your winterizing system? Did you ask your dealer or the tech that did your walk thru?
