I have the older 7.3. I always use Motorcraft additive with every tank. I had to have some o-rings replaced in the fuel filter bowl due to lubrication problems with the new low sulver fuel.

I have the little red one that camping world sells and would not reccomend it. It is too small. I did see a nice one at Sams club. Do not remember the brand of it but was priced at $99 I think.
