I think the major issue with rv ovens is that they heat well below what the gas know indicates and use of an accurate thermometer is needed to understand what temperature it is at for any baking job....

Not hard to drop bottom mrkaraoke. If that task is more than you can do, then anything wrong inside will be beyond you as well and you should get a mobile repair or dealer to fix.

15 amp is the max surge at startup. But 15 amps of 120vac says that the inverter needs to source 12vdc at 175 amps...approx 2200 watts for surge. Most 2000 watt inverters have two ratings on them....
