At www.parallaxpower.com Parallax lists an option for "two-step" charging that prevents overcharging during long term storage. Don't know if it is available as an add-on, though.

I cut some 1x2 framing about 18 inches long. Got some velcro tape, and taped (and stappled) 4 inch long pieces of the hook side to each end of the 1x2's. Didn't need the other side.

The 1x2's can...

Just a note that if you were heading south toward Myrtle Beach on I-95, the road surface just inside the SC boarder is awful and noted for producing sway and surge. But it should have cleared up when...

We decided many years ago that if we were going to travel, we both had to feel comfortable driving our rig, setting it up, and breaking...

I bought a simular unit, and it has worked fine for me at many campgrounds. I usually only need 30 amps, but running two lines for 50 amps makes it less likely that I will trip a breaker. Since I...

I agree with Steve that the tow-haul on the 6.0 auto will hold speed on 8% or less grades. So I don't see the need for an exhaust brake on my truck.

But just some notes

You didn't mention what year your truck was, what engine it had, etc. (Do you really have 18 inch wheels, or was that a typo?)

Anyway, you are probably exceeding the GCWR for a F-250, but...
