How about the fact that the floor moves. I put my finger on the floor & the gap between the floor & the wall will get larger. When I put boards under the bottom step the sound & movement stops....

On our 2010 THT 345 Mountaineer when you enter the 5er and step on the bottom step you hear a groaning sound and the floor will move from the wall (it moves down). You can feel it move down...
