I'd start by disconnecting the battery and see if it will reset. If it doesn't find the manufacturer of your converter and see if they have some trouble shooting procedures.

Mine only came with one unit but was pre-wired for a second. When I installed it I discovered both were on the same leg. Before I moved it to the other leg I determined what else was on both legs....
