I think they have because I have been here twice...

I think they have because I have been here twice for 2 weeks at a time in the last 3 months and the place has been full(like now) and EVERYBODY is running their A/C and no problems that I have heard...

Yep EVERY year the course gets flooded in the Winter/spring from the Cowlitz river and the Big pond gets THRASHED and they drain it but now everything is Good to Go ,they did a great jog getting it...
