Thanks for all your input, I think I will winterize it. It was just a thought. I wouldn't be warming the trailer up to 70 degrees, only about 45. I dont think the forced air would be on that much.

Has anyone replaced the motor on there Fantastic Vent? I don't use mine that often but when I went to turn in on today, it turned at about 200 rpms. The shaft that comes out of the motor was very hot...
