I am not familiar with a Surge Protector Tripped light, but if there is a such a thing it likely is telling you there is a problem with the incoming power (either at the pole and in the power cord)...

Is there 13.6V at the battery when plugged in? I think Bill has it with the disconnect switch in the convenience center. If the Red Key can be removed, the batteries are not being charged.
