I have a frozen black water tank. It's frozen enough so that it will not drain. I have now put antifreeze in the tank. What do I do now?

Squeak

When we walk in our trailer there is a squeaking sound. It appears to be coming from one side under the trailer around the location of the springs. How do you get rid of the squeak?

We will be living in our Montana during the winter. The temperatures will get as low as 10 degrees. What do we do to keep the water supply from freezing? What other problems will we face?
