No way to get back there. Kitchen cabinets are on the other side. Drilling the holes out and adding butterfly bolts might be the best option.

I did. Just needed to get the right combination...

I did. Just needed to get the right combination of valve positions. Turns out the under sink was already on while the other was off. Just tried a few different combos and eventually made some ice.
