Automatic Awning will not roll in or out

My 2008 Montana has the automatic awning and it has stopped working. It is stuck open and when you push the button to roll it in, it is making a popping sound on the left side (towards the bedroom) ...

Thanks you I will definitely PM you if I have any other problems we have a heat tape on our water hose but was thinking about the heated water hose. This is the life for sure we love living in ours...

I have a 2008 Montana 3400RLQ we live in it full time and it has been -2 during the night time. My hot water is fine in the kitchen but in the bathroom sink and shower we have cold water but no hot...
