Avoid Atlanta
We have gone thru Atlanta "too many times" and have done it both going thru and around.The best advice that I can give you is there is no good way avoid Atlanta at all cost if possible!

No Chucking Problem
We tow our 2008 3400 RL with a Chevy Silverado 3500 HD srw Duramax using a Pull Rite 16k hitch and have experienced no chucking prpblems except on a couple of bad bridges in the Northeast

Don't know if this will help you or not, but on our 3400RL the circuit breaker panel for both the 110V and 12V circuits are located in the bathroom on the wall above the toilet.
