is it both sides or one.?? check the tubes that the square bar goes into.. Also, check to see if you are using grade 8 bolts on the timing tube..

I removed all the Wet bolts and replaced them...

I removed all the Wet bolts and replaced them with non wet bolts..a small amount of grease.. If the wet bolts were so great they wouldn't break...

You don't need a 4x4. All of mine have been 4 wheel drives as we live in snow country. There have been a few times where the 4x4 was needed. Once on level wet grass.

Our Hydraulic slide ram had the nut become loose. To get to it I had to cut the cloroplast. It's a fairly large nut.. 7/8 .. I think.

Take a volt meter when you are hooked up to shore...

Take a volt meter when you are hooked up to shore power.. The reading at the battery should be over 12.8 volts... If you are not getting that then I would check the convertor...
