Poly Glow is recommended in the Montana user...

Poly Glow is recommended in the Montana user manual. I used on a 2007 Grand Junction and it held up well for several years. We traded on our 2019 3121RL and it still looked great.

That is exactly what I see on my windows. On Motion Windows web site they show a spacer that should be on the inside frame that would allow the butyl seal to be used on the outside.

Ricefarmer is correct about Keystone not caring. We love our 3121 but I have to figure things out myself because dealers are incompetent and Keystone protects them.

Call Lippert they have a kit to replace the roller with a better unit. I changed mine a couple of years ago. Looks like the same roller used in the closet doors with a shim added.

Antifreeze should come through the hot water...

Antifreeze should come through the hot water faucet when in By pass. This allows for freeze protection. Antifreeze should not enter Hot water tank. Make sure before tearing things apart.
