Id remove the AC cover and check the four lag bolts and make sure they are snug tight..When the new gasket arrives remove the four bolts, set AC unit aside on the roof on a towel and replace gasket...

If you are using a good EMS then it should tell you that you are missing one leg of 120 VAC from the pedestal

Also if you have a multimeter you can make the measurement yourself at the pedestal...

Your original issues were related to the slides ( Hyd ones ) not moving.. If the pump ran but slides didnt move then the Hydac valve most likely was not opening..

There is ONE valve for all slides...
