I had partial power loss in our new 2017 3791RD. After many, many, many trips to a dealer and thousands of miles traveled to fix it, it turns out a very simple fix. The 50 amp input plug on the back of the rv was loose. So bad, that when I pulled it out of the wall simply by removing 4 screws, the 50 amp wires fell off the back of the plug. 4 wires total. 2 fell out and the clamp screws were never tightened at the factory. They were completely backset tight against the stop. Never were they tight. I tightened the 2 wires up, and all my problems have gone away. I had charging issues, the hot water heater would quit, ceiling fan quit, left side outlets quit too every time this happened. We found the problem by accident. Simply wiggle the power cord at the plug, back and forth. Instant failure of everything listed. It's a wonder we didn't have a fire. There was arcing evidence inside the plug. Keystone supplied a new plug and a new 50 amp cord free of charge thru the dealer.

Check in the bedroom for a GFI plug. If red light is on there should be a reset button on it.
